In our first year as a distributor, the learning curve was steep, bordering on vertical. First we had to deprogram what the other guys had instilled over years. Next, we had to learn a new language.

We recently had an experience with ERBESSD’s support team worth sharing:

We went to install a PHANTOM T-25 wireless sneosr and was having trouble registering it to the database. We had a brief discussion about getting a new sensor sent to us while our RMA was processing and recived it withing 2-3 days.

From what I understand with shipping times, I have to give a huge thank you to the whole ERBESSD team and especially Miranda in Logistics who gut us what we needed so quickly.
