Meet the Team
EI Colombia will operate from a facility of over 5,000 m² in Barranquilla, equipped with highly trained technical personnel and a focus on quality, innovation, and service.
Beginning in July our customers in Colombia and throughout South America will have direct access to specialized support in vibration and balancing, fast delivery of equipment and spare parts, preventive and corrective maintenance services, on-site demonstrations, and post-sale support to maximize the reliability and productivity of their industrial assets.

Engineer Jairo Silva is a renowned Colombian entrepreneur with a formidable background in Mechanical Engineering, and over 20 years of experience in the industrial maintenance industry.
As the founder and General Director of Colturbinas, a leading company in the manufacturing of large-scale industrial turbines, Eng. Silva has positioned himself as a key figure in the technological development of predictive maintenance in Colombia and throughout Latin America.
Throughout his career, he has gained solid expertise in the design, calculation, assembly, and commissioning of industrial machinery, as well as in the planning and execution of complex maintenance projects. His innovative vision led him to create a company that today is the national benchmark in turbine manufacturing and heavy industry solutions.
Eng. Silva has received specialized training in Mexico, Colombia, and other countries, participating in hundreds of high-level projects in industries such as power generation, mining, oil and gas, and general manufacturing. His comprehensive technical profile includes advanced knowledge in:
