Offering degrees in over 130 fields of study through 18 colleges and numerous research institutes, Texas A&M is also distinguished as a senior military college with a full-time Cadet Corps. With a rich tradition and spirited community, students, alumni, and sports teams, known as Aggies, actively participate in university traditions and excel in varsity sports competitions as members of the Southeastern Conference.
