With over 25 years of experience, Thierry has revolutionized Vibration Analysis and Dynamic Balancing globally.

Chief Executive Officer
M. David is a 25-year veteran in the maintenance and reliability industry, and currently serves as CEO of ERBESSD INSTRUMENTS® USA. As a key member of the global leadership team, he began his career as a vibration and dynamic balancing engineer in the U.S. Air Force, advancing to roles such as vibration analyst, reliability engineer, and maintenance manager in companies like GE and Commtest Instruments.
M. David has lectured at universities including Purdue and Savannah Tech. He holds degrees in Applied Science, Business and Engineering, Organization and Management, and a Doctorate in Engineering Management.
He's a Certified Reliability Engineer, Maintenance and Reliability Professional, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Category III Vibration Analyst.

Vice President of Technical Services
Chris spent nearly 14 years in a "zero-failure" maintenance, reliability, and safety environment with the U.S. Air Force. There he gained extensive training in Industrial EHS, maintenance reliability, and production management. He applied strategies for critical success in world-class operations while earning a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics and two AAS degrees.
After leaving the Air Force in 2009, he focused on improving American manufacturing through reliability-centered maintenance and continuous improvement For almost a decade, he managed maintenance and safety functions at leading companies. Since December 2017, he has helped establish ERBESSD INSTRUMENTS® as a dynamic predictive technology manufacturer in the IIOT space.
After leaving the Air Force in 2009, he focused on improving American manufacturing through reliability-centered maintenance and continuous improvement For almost a decade, he managed maintenance and safety functions at leading companies. Greg Grummett
Application Engineer
Greg brings over 40 years of telecommunications experience to ERBESSD INSTRUMENTS®, with a strong background in installation, service, instruction, and sales engineering. He began his career at Bell Canada and later supported enterprise voice and messaging systems for major clients like IBM, American Express, and Citi while at ROLM and IBM. As a technical instructor, he developed award-winning training programs delivered across North America. At Avaya, he spent 17 years supporting partners and customers in both technical and sales roles, earning recognition for his reliability and collaborative approach.
Since joining Erbessd in 2022, Greg has played a key role in elevating the customer support experience by leveraging his deep technical knowledge and communication skills. He has streamlined technical documentation while consistently providing clear, solutions-focused support to both customers and internal teams. His unique background has helped bridge gaps between engineering, sales, and support–bringing added clarity and confidence to every customer interaction.

Lt. Col. Ed Clary
USAF Veteran
Edward P. Clary brings a rare combination of engineering expertise, military leadership, and real-world operational experience to the Spring Training stage.
A graduate of Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science, and Master of Engineering degrees, Ed also completed the USAF Air Command and Staff College, further strengthening his foundation in strategic leadership.
Ed served on active duty in the United States Air Force from 1990 to 2001, including assignments with the USAF Space and Missile Systems Center where he managed classified aerospace programs focused on atmospheric re-entry heat shield technology in collaboration with the U.S. Navy and Department of Energy. He is APDP Level I Flight Test Engineer qualified.
In addition to his technical program leadership, Ed served as an A/OA-10 instructor and Evaluator Pilot during multiple flying tours, developing and mentoring high-performance teams in high-stakes environments.
He continued his service in the USAF Reserve from 2001 to 2011, flying as an instructor/Evaluator Pilot and serving as a USAF Academy Admissions Liaison Officer before retiring with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

Bob Bogdan
NYS Baseball Hall of Fame Coach
A longtime high school technology teacher and coach in South Glens Falls NY, Bob Bogdan made a meaningful and significant impact on thousands of students in his 28-year career.
As a teacher, he was proud and honored to lead the district’s participation in the national “Project Lead the Way” program to help prepare students for the 21st Century, a program that resulted in two of his female students becoming engineers, one for NASA! As a coach, he led the Bulldogs baseball team for 23 years, from 1980 to 2002, compiling six Foothills Council titles and five Section II, Class B championships and a record of 344-187-1. His 344 wins are still 11th best all-time in Section II history, and he was named Coach of the Year five times in baseball. Bogdan started the South Glens Falls American Legion Post #553 team that he coached for 17 years, leading the team to three district championships.
He also coached the South High bowling team, and was modified football coach for 10 years. Upon retirement from the High School he joined the Skidmore College Baseball Staff where he coach for 15 years and earned Skidmore College Athletic Hall of Fame honors twice. In 2013 Bob was inducted into the New York State Baseball Hall of Fame and awarded the John Cerutti plaque for Sportsmanship. Still actively coaching today Bob has coached for over 50 years in the South Glens Falls community. His legacy of fairness, sportsmanship, discipline and dignity lives on through his students and former players.

Dave Green
President & Owner - Pinnacle Services Inc.
Dave is the President and Owner of Pinnacle Services Inc. based out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. His career started as a millwright working in the overhead crane industry. Progressing into the reliability sector was a natural fit. In 1995, he started working for Pruftechnik in the laser alignment and vibration analysis field and had a working relationship with them until 2024.
Dave formed Pinnacle Services Inc. in 2005 to provide reliability services that included vibration analysis, laser alignment, balancing, oil analysis, training, and consulting. Pinnacle Services began working with ERBESSD INSTRUMENTS® in 2020 and became a distributor and sales partner in 2023.
Dave is a CAT III vibration analyst through the Mobius Institute and a long standing member of the Canadian Machinery Vibration Association.

He began his career at Eastman Kodak, where he spent 23 years applying vibration and product-defect signal analysis across wide range of industrial equipment. He later worked for Emerson Process Management for eight years, teaching vibration and performing diagnostic measurements and analysis on complex machinery.
In 2005, Tony founded 4X Diagnositcs, LLC, a consulting firm focused on advanced measurement and analysis of rotating machinery and structures, as well as vibration training. The company serves as a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, utilities, technology research organizations, engineering firms, and government agencies.
Additionally, Tony has been an instructor with Mobius Institute since 2005. Tony's work emphasizes practical, field-applied solutions to complex vibration and reliability challenges, with a focus on uncovering root causes in real-world operating conditions.
