WiSer3x – Quick start guide<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n

Welcome to the Wiser3x experience, a 3-axis Wireless Accelerometer<\/strong> specially designed for vibration analysis, compatible with any vibration analyzer available on the market. WiSER 3x sends 3-axis vibration data + 1 additional channel<\/strong> simultaneously. Also, WiSER 3x is an ultra-low noise<\/strong> wireless accelerometer with a bandwidth of 15 kHz that exceeds the characteristics of most conventional accelerometers.<\/span>
\nThe power button on our WiSer3x is designed to avoid accidentally turning off or on. Press the button once to turn on, and hold 3 seconds to turn off.<\/span>
\nOnce turned on, your WiSer3x can be detected through the WiFi network<\/strong> of any Apple or Windows device. You can connect to it like any other WiFi signal and your password is: 88888888<\/span>
\nNext, we will talk about how to synchronize it with Erbessd Instruments<\/strong> applications.<\/span>

Digivibe MX 10<\/span><\/h2>\n

Collect data off route in DigivibeMX 10 Software<\/strong>: Open the Analysis<\/strong> menu, select and click on the Wiser3x icon. You will then receive a notification with the caption \u201cWiSer3x connected<\/strong>\u201d. Click on Ok and when you are ready press “Record<\/strong>” to start the measurement.<\/span><\/p>\n

NOTE<\/strong><\/span>: If the \u201cWiSer3x connected\u201d notification is not displayed, make sure that the WiSer has not exceeded its timeout and has turned off. You can also check if your device is connected to the WiSer3x WiFi network.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\nCollect data on route with DigivibeMX 10 Software<\/strong>: Open a new route; Once in the menu select and click on the WiSer3x icon. You will then receive a notification with the caption \u201cWiSer3x paired up<\/strong>\u201d. Click Ok. Select A3<\/strong> for simultaneous data collection on 3 axes. Click on “axis configuration” to specify the sensor orientation and axis configuration, and then click on Ok. When you are ready, click on Record<\/strong> to start data collection on three axes.

DigivibeMX 11<\/span><\/h2>\n

Collect data off route in DigivibeMX 11 Software<\/strong>: Open the configuration menu and in the Device section you will find a button with the legend \u201cUSB Connection<\/strong>\u201d. Clicking the button will change to “WiFi Connection<\/strong>” legend.<\/p>\n

Once the configuration has been changed to WiFi, click on the \u201cAnalyze<\/strong>\u201d option and select the \u201cConnect WiFi<\/strong>\u201d, when this button dissapears our Wiser3x will be completely linked to your computer and software. You can start a new analysis normally, just press the Record<\/strong> button to start data collection.<\/p>\n

Then, click the configuration icon to display the Wiser3x position options on the machine. When the position is selected, click on \u201cOk\u201d and with this, the software will be ready to begin data collection.

For Wiser-Vibe<\/span><\/h2>\n

Collect data off route using Wiser Vibe app on iOS:<\/strong>
\na. Open and select the Analysis<\/strong> box.
\nb. Set the configuration preferences in Options<\/strong>. To connect follow the instructions below:<\/p>\n

i. Click on connection to switch to WiFi
\nii. Close the settings and click the plug icon.
\niii. Open the settings again and change the Channels to 3 (Image b.)<\/p>\n

c. Press the Record<\/strong> button when you’re ready to take data

\nSelect “Save File<\/strong>” in the options to save the recording on your iOS device as an .anl file. You can review your files when you return to the main screen, just select the “Files<\/strong>” option. Your saved files can be sent by mail directly from WiSerVibe. Files sent by mail can be opened with DigivibeMX for analysis.

\nCollect data on route using an EI-Analytics account and the iOS Wiser Vibe app<\/strong>:
\n1. Connect your EI-Analytic account on the main screen (The key is displayed green when connected)
\n\"Wiser
\n2. Select the Routes<\/strong> option on the main screen.
\n3. Choose Select Route
\n4. Open the group where the route is saved and select the desired Route
\n\"routesWiser
\na. You can select individual machines or choose Select All<\/strong> to collect the full path
\nb. The route opens on the analysis screen to the first point. Place the WiSer3x at the point you selected on the machine. Open Options<\/strong> to confirm\/configure the desired collection parameters. Press Record<\/strong> when you are ready to collect data.
\nC. After collecting each point, the Analysis screen automatically advances to the next point. Once all route points have been collected, save the data on the load list. Select “Yes.”

\nd. Open the Files<\/strong> option on the main screen to visualize the collected path files.
\nand. Select Upload to Cloud<\/strong> to send the collected information to the EI-Analytics database.
\nF. Select the desired destination folder to upload the data and press Send<\/strong> to complete the transfer to EI-Analytics.
