Se utiliz\u00f3 el equipo de an\u00e1lisis de vibraciones <b>Erbessd Phantom<\/b>, el cual permite mediciones precisas y confiables. Este fen\u00f3meno preocupante se hizo m\u00e1s evidente en un per\u00edodo espec\u00edfico del d\u00eda, principalmente entre las 5 y las 9 de la ma\u00f1ana. Los informes de los aumentos de vibraci\u00f3n fueron persistentes y la gravedad de estos detalles iniciales se convirti\u00f3 en un motivo de gran preocupaci\u00f3n para todos los involucrados en el funcionamiento y mantenimiento del turbogenerador.<\/p><p>Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, se tom\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica de llevar a cabo un an\u00e1lisis de vibraci\u00f3n exhaustivo y meticuloso. Las mediciones revelaron la presencia de un desbalanceo residual en los rotores de la turbina y el generador, as\u00ed como un desalineamiento entre ambos componentes y una posible holgura en las chumaceras. Cada aceler\u00f3metro fue cuidadosamente colocado en una chumacera distinta, asegurando una distribuci\u00f3n equilibrada y representativa de las \u00e1reas clave del turbogenerador. Se programaron las lecturas de vibraci\u00f3n para que se registraran cada media hora, brindando as\u00ed un monitoreo constante y detallado del comportamiento din\u00e1mico del equipo.<\/p><p>El sistema de monitoreo se puso en marcha de manera precisa y confiable a las 19:18 horas del 21 de febrero. A partir de ese momento, los aceler\u00f3metros comenzaron a capturar y registrar datos vitales sobre las vibraciones en tiempo real. Este proceso se mantuvo en funcionamiento de forma ininterrumpida hasta el 10 de marzo, abarcando un per\u00edodo sustancial que permiti\u00f3 un an\u00e1lisis exhaustivo de los patrones y las variaciones de <b>vibraci\u00f3n y temperatura<\/b> a lo largo del tiempo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-particle_enable=\"false\" vibraci\u00f3n en cada punto de medici\u00f3n en las direcciones horizontal, vertical y axial, as\u00ed como las lecturas de temperatura en cada chumacera. Se observ\u00f3 un cambio significativo en la chumacera 3 (Generador lado cople) en direcci\u00f3n vertical, con un aumento de vibraci\u00f3n durante las mediciones nocturnas cuando la temperatura ambiente era m\u00e1s baja.<\/p><p>Para analizar detalladamente los eventos importantes, se presentan las gr\u00e1ficas de tendencia de vibraci\u00f3n global y su relaci\u00f3n con la temperatura de las chumaceras. Estas gr\u00e1ficas proporcionan informaci\u00f3n sobre los tres eventos m\u00e1s relevantes durante las Se observ\u00f3 que el chicoteo de aceite desapareci\u00f3 por completo cuando se modific\u00f3 la temperatura, evidenciando su estrecha relaci\u00f3n con este fen\u00f3meno. Este balanceo puede realizarse en el sitio con una m\u00e1quina de balanceo port\u00e1til o enviando los rotores a un taller especializado en balanceo.<\/p><p>Se continuar\u00e1 monitoreando el turbogenerador hasta el pr\u00f3ximo viernes 10 de marzo, con el objetivo de detectar cualquier cambio significativo en su comportamiento. En caso de encontrar alguna anomal\u00eda durante este periodo, se informar\u00e1 oportunamente.<\/p><p>En conclusi\u00f3n, el an\u00e1lisis de vibraciones realizado con la ayuda de los sensores Phantom ha permitido diagnosticar y comprender los problemas de aumento de vibraci\u00f3n en el turbogenerador.
