En el espectro se observan entonces las frecuencias de resonancia de la estructura. Puede confirmar el diagn\u00f3stico con un 95% de certeza, en caso de que <strong>alguna de esas frecuencias est\u00e9 cerca de la velocidad de rotaci\u00f3n<\/strong> (Aseg\u00farese de conocer con certeza la velocidad de rotaci\u00f3n). Normalmente este estudio es suficiente para diagnosticar la resonancia, sin embargo existe otra prueba en caso de necesitar una prueba integra la vibraci\u00f3n y las RPM medidas por un tac\u00f3metro o sensor de RPM. Esta prueba calcula la FFT y la fase relacionada con la se\u00f1al de RPM en cada intervalo de tiempo. Basta con alejar la frecuencia natural de la frecuencia de excitaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Las acciones de correcci\u00f3n se dividen en 2:<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h3><strong>Modifique la Frecuencia Natural<\/strong><\/h3><p>Puedes <strong>aumentar la frecuencia natural aumentando la rigidez de la estructura<\/strong>. Aseg\u00farese de reforzar la estructura en la misma direcci\u00f3n de la frecuencia natural. Esta es la soluci\u00f3n m\u00e1s com\u00fan para no cambiar el rendimiento de la m\u00e1quina.<\/p><p>Tambi\u00e9n se puede <strong>disminuir la frecuencia natural eliminando la rigidez de la estructura<\/strong>. No es tan com\u00fan, pero es igualmente posible y eficaz, siempre que no se comprometa el rendimiento de la m\u00e1quina.<\/p><p>Se puede <strong>reducir la frecuencia natural a\u00f1adiendo masa<\/strong>. Cambiar la masa de una estructura modificar\u00e1 su frecuencia natural y, por tanto, tambi\u00e9n la alejar\u00e1 de su velocidad de rotaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Tambi\u00e9n se puede <strong>aumentar la frecuencia natural eliminando masa<\/strong>. Esta es la acci\u00f3n menos frecuente, pero es igualmente eficaz.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h3><strong>Modifique los RPM para alejarlos de la Frecuencia Natural<\/strong><\/h3><p>Si un variador controla la velocidad del motor, entonces cambia las RPM. Es lo m\u00e1s sencillo de hacer.
