vibraciones durante muchos a\u00f1os. Las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas inal\u00e1mbricas abren una puerta a este mundo antes desconocido, qu\u00e9date con nosotros para ver una nueva aplicaci\u00f3n de estas tecnolog\u00edas.<\/p><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la vibraci\u00f3n torsional?<\/h2><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>La Vibraci\u00f3n Torsional se define como una secuencia de cambios ligeros en forma de vaiv\u00e9n de la velocidad de rotaci\u00f3n de un objeto. Al igual que en la vibraci\u00f3n tradicional, la vibraci\u00f3n torsional tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 definida por la amplitud y la frecuencia de estos cambios.<\/p><p>La vibraci\u00f3n torsional se presenta cuando el elemento giratorio se encuentra sometido a cargas desiguales durante su operaci\u00f3n. Ejemplos comunes son los compresores reciprocantes y los motores de combusti\u00f3n interna. Ello debido a que, en un momento del ciclo, el par de una de las bielas es mayor cuando se comprime el aire, y disminuye cuando ingresa aire a la c\u00e1mara. Derivado de esto el cig\u00fce\u00f1al presenta variaciones en la velocidad de giro las cuales generan esfuerzos internos en el eje que, en casos anormales, pueden producir una ruptura del cig\u00fce\u00f1al.<\/p><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2>Uso de aceler\u00f3metros inal\u00e1mbricos para medir la vibraci\u00f3n torsional.<\/h2><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>El siguiente caso de estudio analizar\u00e1 la posibilidad de utilizar los aceler\u00f3metros inal\u00e1mbricos marca Erbessd \u2013 Phantom para medir la vibraci\u00f3n torsional. Adicionalmente proporcionaremos los datos t\u00e9cnicos propios del sensor y aquellos de inter\u00e9s para qui\u00e9n desee avanzar en este tema.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2><span id=\"%C2%BFComo_se_mide_la_vibracion_torsional\" class=\"ez-toc-section\"><\/span>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se mide la vibraci\u00f3n torsional?<\/h2><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Uno de los m\u00e9todos m\u00e1s utilizados para la vibraci\u00f3n torsional es la medici\u00f3n de la variaci\u00f3n de la velocidad de giro del eje a trav\u00e9s de un sensor \u00f3ptico y una cinta tipo piano. De esta manera se mide el cambio de velocidad del eje. Existen ciertas restricciones para que la medici\u00f3n sea v\u00e1lida y fiable y una de ellas es el muestreo por revoluci\u00f3n, ya que un muestreo incorrecto puede generar un efecto aliasing, o saturar la se\u00f1al.<\/p><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2>Nuevas alternativas.<\/h2><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>El uso de <strong>sensores de vibraci\u00f3n inal\u00e1mbricos <\/strong>en la industria puede aportar nuevas formas de medir las <strong>vibraciones torsionales. <\/strong>Podemos ahora medir las vibraciones torsionales directamente en los ejes con la misma capacidad en rango de muestreo y resoluci\u00f3n del an\u00e1lisis de vibraciones actual. Incluso, podemos monitorear de forma permanente el comportamiento de un elemento rotativo en condiciones de operaci\u00f3n regular, para visualizar la evoluci\u00f3n de sus vibraciones torsionales.<\/p><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2>Caso de Estudio.<\/h2><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Instalamos un sensor de vibraci\u00f3n triaxial de alto rango (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.erbessd-instruments.com\/es\/products\/sensor-vibracion-inalambrico-alta-sensibilidad\/\">PHANTOM EPH-V10<\/a>) en el extremo del cig\u00fce\u00f1al de un compresor de aire de dos cilindros con potencia nominal de\u00a0 3.2 HP para efectos de estudio de la <strong>vibraci\u00f3n torsional<\/strong>. La intenci\u00f3n de este estudio es corroborar que el sensor env\u00eda una se\u00f1al valida con el eje girando y que adicionalmente existe una segunda arm\u00f3nica producto de la suma de la vibraci\u00f3n por la variaci\u00f3n de torque y la vibraci\u00f3n por la inercia del cig\u00fce\u00f1al (componentes conocidos de la vibraci\u00f3n torsional en esta maquinaria).<\/p><p>La velocidad nominal de giro del cabezal es de 900 RPM el cual es accionado por un motor el\u00e9ctrico monof\u00e1sico a 3600 RPM mediante una polea con relaci\u00f3n 4:1.<\/p><p>Caracter\u00edsticas del class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Una de las ventajas del PHANTOM para este estudio, es la colocaci\u00f3n exc\u00e9ntrica de uno de sus sensores, el cual permite medir la vibraci\u00f3n tangencial del eje (Figura 1).<\/p><p>Considerando que el cambio de masa en el sistema podr\u00eda modificar la vibraci\u00f3n del compresor, se tomaron mediciones antes, y despu\u00e9s de la fijar el sensor al eje del compresor. el resultado: incremento de la fundamental en un 4% (Figura 2 y 3) lo cual se consider\u00f3 despreciable para este estudio.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column
